Message	disapprove. They are really just dirty on the outside. There is no shaft play and the fins all look to be in excellent condition. I plan to take them apart, clean them and replace the seals unless someone more knowledgeable than me chimes in that it is a bad idea to take them apart. I know not to have them rebuilt, but I have not heard anything bad about just replacing the seals and cleaning. Right now I don't have the money to buy the turbos I want. These definitely have some life left in them, so they will work for now. I don't really mind pulling the engine. Actually, I enjoy it. These will almost definitely last me through this coming driving season and I can change them over the winter.
